     People and communities disintegrate if they:

     1.  Nurse past grudges, hurts, offenses, humiliations
and anger.

     2.  Unilaterally try to even a unbalanced score which
they regard as unfair to them.

     3.  Fail  to  deal  openly and  honestly  with  their
experiences,  feelings, perceptions,  beliefs,  decisions,
actions and disintegrative relationships.

     4.  Focus their attention upon issues of control  and
lack of control.

     There  are many examples of the above truths in parts
of  the  world  which  for centuries  have  been  torn  by
religious,  ethnic, and clan violence, terrorism, and wars
by  which  the people involved have tried  to  prevail  in
endless  conflicts---which they refuse to resolve  to  the
best  interests  of  all participants  in  the  conflicts.
Consider the Middle East, Ireland,  Yugoslavia, South-East
