     Where there is a pattern of hidden secrets,   faults,
lies,  dishonesty, collusions, addictions, codependencies,
etc.;  there comes a time when the choice is between death
and revelation.  Confessions,  revelations,  exposure  and
accurate   descriptions   are  essential  to  health   and
survival. Repressive secrecy, hidden dishonesty, collusive
manipulations and their like are unhealthy; and we  cannot
survive  for  long with them.  Eventually  some  light  is
essential; painful as it may be.

     To be healthy,  revelations need to be charitable  in
fail-safe contexts where security has been given in love.
Coercive  exposures are not helpful.  Manipulative honesty
can be violent.  Violations of privacy are rarely helpful.
Confessions  of  manipulative  guilt and shame  are  often
unhealthy   in   the  absence  of   recognition   of   the
manipulations  which engendered the manipulative guilt and
shame.   Coercive  conformity  to conventional  truths  is
usually  not honest.  When masks are violently ripped  off
people are hurt, not healed.

     Truth is better nurtured through  gifts  of  security
freely  given,  than through lectures,  regulations,   and
self-righteous pronouncements calling for  confessions  of
non-conformity. People who have proudly eaten of the fruit
of the tree of knowledge of good  and evil are rarely able
to promote reconciliation, conflict resolution, honesty or
peace. People rarely are open and honest with  such  self-
righteous  preachers  of   the importance of honesty about
