     Various  communities embody different conceptions  of
what  constitutes normal, and abnormal reflexive behavior.
Community   standards  in  these  matters  are  communally
reflexive,  not objective.   It is never proper to  regard
community standards as objective realities,  and it is not
helpful  to act  as if they are objective realities.   Our
reflexive standards  are  not realities which are separate
from  us,  existing independently of us.   We choose them.
We create them.   They exist only in so far as we maintain
them.   We choose  and  create our conceptions of what are
objective realities and what are  non-objective realities.
Our   conceptions  of  what  are  non-objective  reflexive
realities    are   themselves   non-objective    reflexive
realities.

     The   above   considerations  make   it   exceedingly
difficult  to a community to avoid debilitating  confusion
in the process  of setting up  standard  in regards to the
normalcy,    propriety,   and  impropriety  of   reflexive
behaviors.    Some  such  standards stand in  the  way  of
developing  integrative  standards  as  regards  reflexive
behaviors; e.g.,  standards which demand that all behavior
be   objective  are  ones  which  stand  in  the  way   of
